Hi,
My Visa expired in 2009. I am Planning to go to India next month and have to go for a Visa Renewal. i got my H1 extension. I work on the employer - Vendor - client model. I want to understand that due to all these new rules are the Visa's getting revoked or queried in almost all cases who is working on this model. What is the percentage of getting stamped without client letter. Because my client will not provide any letter all I can bring is probably the SOW between the vendor and Client. Please help me here. Is it a good time to come to india and get the stamping done especially when i have a vendor layer.
Could somebody please provide me a reply, whether the EVC model will cause a Visa denial. I am waiting for an answer to plan my trip.
