6th year of H1 and want to change employer?

Hi,

I am almost at the end of 5th year of my H1B and I got my 140 approved in EB3. I would like to change the employer and change my greencard process to EB2. As I have 1 more year of H1B left I have following questions:

1. As my I140 got approved, will I get 3 years of H1B extenstion when the new employer applies for my H1B?

2. Or Do I need to transfer my H1B and will get only 1 year H1B which is left? If so, Do I need to get new Labour and I140 approved within 1 year of new H1B?

3. If my new employer applies for my green card in EB2, Can I retain my old prioritydate?

Any advice will be so much helpful, please let me know.
