Questions at POE

Dear Forum Members,

My H1B is valid until Nov'30, 2011 and I am travelling on that visa on Oct'25.

What are the questions shall I expect at POE.. any suggestions or links?

The questions at the POE will usually be about your employment, employer, nature of work and the place where you will reside. The I-94 will be issued only till the petition expiry date. The officer might ask to make sure that you are aware that the petition will expire soon. Apart from that, there won't be any other issues. You will have to file the extension immediately upon entering U.S.
