My H1B petition got approved on Oct 17 But my employer has not received the hard copy yet.

Can I schedule my visa interview without hard copy?

You can. But it is advisable to wait until you get the approval notice in hand.

It seems these days USCIS is taking too much time in mailing the hard copy of approval notices. My employer has reveived the email copy of the approval notice. Can I use that email approval notice for my interview or hard copy is must?

I'm in the same boat petition approved Oct 18th Still waiting for Approval notice.
Already got the approval notice for my wife's petition ( This was mailed to my home address).
