How to cancel appointment at vfs website

Hi. I scheduled an appointment at New Delhi US Consulate for 17th Nov. I want an appointment on 15th. Because its showing only "Cancel your appointment " option on the VFS website, how do I cancel my appointment for 17th in case I get 15th nov date and also please tell me how to pre-pone ? Thank you in advance.

You cannot book an appointment for 15th when you have already scyheduled one for 17th. If you want to do that, then you need to cancel the 17th appointment and create a new DS-160 and book an appointment for the 15th. There is no other option to prepone. You can talk to VFS helpdesk in you need further assistance.
