H4 Visa - Advance Documents in Hyderabad

Hi,

I have my wife going for the h4 visa stamping. In hyderabad consulate we need to submit the documents 3 working days prior to the visa appointment date. As its H4 stamping does she need to submit "USCIS, client letter or description of internal project and experience letters"?

Advisable to do so. If they require that during the visa interview and if she doesn't have that document, then they can issue a 221g.

My wife attened H4 interview last month at Hyd consulate. They only took My I-797 and her I-797 for 3 day advance submission.

These additional documents are not required for the advance submission. But it is advisable to have them during the actual interview. Search and read about the 221g documents requested from the H4 holders.
