Reg: H1B qualification

Dear Friends,

I just completed my M.Sc Degree ( March 2011) . Yet I didn't received my graduation certification form corresponding university. But I have my provisional and consolidated certificate of my M.Sc Degree. Am i eligible to apply my H1B Visa.

Some one please let me know about this.

Hi,

Can somebody help me on my qualification to apply the H1B.

My qualification is

10th standard completed on 2003-2004
3 years of diploma(DECE) completed on 2004-2007
2 year of BCA completed on 2010(through Distance Education) 2008-2010

4.6 years of work experiance in IT industry starting from May 2007 to till now.

can i eligible for applying the H1B Visa?
