Thanks a lot for quick response. That's what I presumed but just wanted to confirm with experts here.

urrrggg it seems that Mumbai consulate haven't opened the dates for H4 as there was a move from old office to BKC.

Can I take the visa apt at any location in India or do I have to wait and go to Mumbai only?

I am looking for dates for H4 visa for my wife for Mumbai. She was on F1 visa in US and came back to India in July 2011.
Now I am applying for H4 visa for her as I have valid H1B visa. What options must I select.
