i want to know how to proceed for H1

hi ,

I am Chevva Ravi Chander working as a testing engineer in softmerchants since may 2003 in testing , I want to know how to apply for h1 as i dont have any family friends in abroad , i am intrested in going to UK , can any help me out ,
