Hi,

I got to know from my company that my petition is approved by US and it was in premium category. Now they are saying now not to apply for H1B process till March. does my petition will be valid till March 2012 to apply for H1B Visa.

The validity of the petition will be mentioned in the approval notice. Ask yuo employer until when the petition is valid. You can apply for the H1B visa anytime before the petition expires.
