Hi All,
I got married in Nov 2011 and got my marriage certificate with my wife new last-name change to my surname. I need to apply for H4 visa as i am planning to leave on dec 15 , so here is my questions.
1) I want to know do we need a last-name change in her passport for H4 interview . As this process can take time , can we go for H4 interview with maiden name on her passport.
2) In marriage certi , we have Nidhi Burman as my wife name but in passport she has Nidhi Gupta. So is that information is correct as per the H4 interview . I am little confused if they ask me to have Nidhi Gupta as your wife name on marriage certificate instead of Nidhi Burman.
Please advice asap
