Anybody can u pls guide me..
How to arrange the documents in which sequence for H1B visa

which would be easiest things..just let me know.
like which things come first, second and so on..

pls guide me if anybody has good idea and exp abt this..

There is no such order. The VO is not going to look into all your documents. Buy a file/folder where you can arrange the document in a way that you can easily identify them to pull it out to handover to the VO when asked during the visa interview. These are the main documents that the VO may verify.

1) Approval notice (I-797), Petition (I-129) & LCA
2) Employment verification letter
3) Client letter
4) Pay slips & W2 (If you are a returning H1B/L1 worker)
