my h1 is rejected 3 months back the reason is i misrepresented documents 10 yrs back and rejected my h1 b application under212.They asked me to give a note that i misrepresented the documents, 10 yrs back actually that company went to black list without my knowledge its not my mistake .after 4 yrs i kept all documentsconsulate people enquired and gave ''class hit resolved'' i went to US i wrkd for 5 yrs without any hassles in one company now i came for extension stamping,they put 212 for the old one.
now after 3months they sent a letter to me, that further action on my petition is suspended and they rejected my petition with 221g white and asked me to send some ds 160 and passport,we dont know what theyll do if any one know about the situation give me answer
