Hi all,
I am having query in H4 for the past 1 1/2 years.My previous employer not answered for this Query which came in Jan 2004. I came out of the company I joined in another company in march 2005.
I am planning to send my wife for stamping by this month end.
I discussed with my lawyer he told u need not amnswer for the existing query.
How to handle this existing query? he is telling if they r asking u tell the previous employer not answered for this query.This answer is ok?
kindly suggest how to answer with consulate officer for this query by my wife?
what are the documents I have to produce for H4?
