H1B transfer without Approval Notice

Hi,

I am working for a company A who filed for my H1B and I got approved however the employer lost my approval notice. Now I have a great offer from a company B.Can I transfer my visa over to company B with the approval notice from A.
I have the original receipt number document from company A and when I punch in the number in USCIS website I see that the visa was approved and the document was sent to the employer.
Please let me know if I will be able to transfer my H1B with approval notice.
