My spouse had a h4 visa interview. on the appointment letter it was written as

"Please make sure you have the BLUE HDFC RECEIPT and this APPOINTMENT LETTER when you come for your"

But the pre documet submission at Vfs hyderabad office had took both the recipts..

is Blue HDFC recipt really required

The advance document submission for the Hyderabad consulate requires you to submit the
Original HDFC receipts- both the green receipts for fees paid. Talk to VFS helpdesk and they will help you.
