Need information on H1B Random selection process(Urgent)

Hi,

As this year H1B cap is over, Will there be any Random selection process from consulate for the application which gets submitted now? Is there any thing to do from organization to get eligible for this random selection process?

What random selection process are you talking about? The CAP for this year is over and you can file a new petition only on or after April 1st 2012 with a start date of Oct 1st 2012.
