H1B stamping in India

Hello,

My husband H1B date on the passport is getting expired on 23rd feb 2012
I-94 expiry date mentioned is 19 march 2013
I-797 is also till 2014 ( as he changed his employer in between)

My husband is coming on 15 jan 2012 and will be going back on 28th jan 2012

so does he need to go to US embassy for stamping??

( as the passpor t H1B is getting expired in feb 2012)

No. If the H1B visa will be valid as of his return date, then he can use that H1B along with his new approval notice to re-enter U.S.
