H1B - I129 Wage and LCA Wage are different

Hello All,

I just got my H1B amendment done, as I had a location and role change from my earlier H1 petition. While checking the approved amendment, I found that the I129 wage is around 13 K less than the LCA wage. My company is going to provide me the offer similar to LCA amount but.

I am going for visa stamping next week and would request whether this difference is an issue ? Appreciate an early response.

Are you getting paid as per the LCA? If your pay is less than the LCA, then is an issue. I am not sure how your H1B got approved with the wage less than the LCA.
