Hi All,
Please help me with your thoughts.
My H1 6 yrs will be completed by June-15 2012 and I have just received my H1 Extn approval till June 15. I'm planning to go to India end of January 2012 and planning for stamping in 1st week of Feb 2012.
My company has started PERM process and will be completed in March 2012. So I'm planning to come back to US on April 30th...so that incase my PERM do not get approved then I can apply for 3months H1 extn. Hopefully it will get approved before that.
Could you please post your expert comments...
