  • Urgent: Wage Rate in LCA is different from Proposed Salary in I-129

In my LCA the 'Wage Rate' and 'Prevailing Rate' is say $ZZZ and in my I-129 submitted by my company says $YYY. Where $YYY is much higher than $ZZZ. And company says that they will pay me $YYY. So at the time of Interview what should I say my salary will be as per LCA or as per I-129. Please let me know. Its urgent. Thanks.

At the time of the interview you have carry your pay slips. So you need to tell them your actual pay and not what is mentioned in LCA or I-129. It won't be difficult for the VO to validate this information. There are no issues as long as your pay is equal or higher than the approved LCA.

Thanks Sherwin but I am working in India and going for fresh H1b so no US Payslip is there only Indian payslips are there. I have taken last 6 months Indian Payslips attested by HR and 6 months Bank statements.

You still need to mention what your actual pay will be when you start working for the employer.
