overstayed on h1b

hi
i over stayed my h1b by 2 years and six months. i came to my home country while coming back have submitted i94 to the airline.
i am now employed in my home country for about 8 years now.
my employer wants to send me on business visa.
pl. advice me if i should accept the offer of travel?
what will happen if i accept the offer?
can i travel after the ten year ban?
what are my chances of getting my vis after the ten year ban?

you cannot travel unless you complete the 10 yrs...and if you have the chances of getting a visa are definitely less considering you have committed visa fraud already
