New H1B Petition

Hi,

My H1B petition was filed with USCIS on 22 sept. and it has been around 3 months now.

I have not received any update on my petition till now.

Has anybody filed the petition around same time and got response from USCIS?

Also just for your info,my H1B petition was denied by USCIS last year for 2010 CAP due to lack of speciality occupation.

Will this denial affect in any way this year's processing timelines?
