    H1B - Vermont Service Center

    Any ideas what is going on at the Vermont Service Center? The website says the last I129 they processed for an H1B was dated July, the other service centers all seem alright. Mine was put in mid October and I am worried it will not get looked at for months still!

    Hi Thomson, even my application was received on sept 21 and got approved on dec 22nd. so i guess it's about time for your approval..

      My petition was filed with VSC on Aug / I got my receipt on Aug17 2011.. Still it's in Initial review!! Really worried...
