Hi,
My current organisation have applied H1 visa in 2011 cap. The current H1 visa status is REF. I want to stay with my husband as soon as possible so I want to apply for H4 visa so that we both can stay together. I am planning to quit my current job after I get the H4 stamped. Please let me know if there will be any problem in my H4 visa processing as my H1 visa is in REF status.
