Previous employment details (pay slips, offer letters etc) for H1 visa interview

Hello,

I have been employed with 3 companies in the past and have furnished their details with start and end dates of job, colleague contacts etc in the D 160 form. However I have offer letter for only one but not the current one or earlier ones.

I have offer letter from the applicant company however.

How important are previous employer details? Do they go strict on them?

They don't care about the offer letters. You should have experience letters from all your employers (if not, a notorized letters from your colleagues can work) to prove your work experience.
