Do i have to submit a separate DS-160 for my wife & kid?

Hi,

I am going for a stamping along with my wife & kid. I am filling out the DS160 form, do i have to fill separate DS160 for my wife and kid??
or is that ok if i fill mine and mention in the area where they are asking with whom you are going to travel ?

Please help me out.

You need to fill separate DS160 for each applicant who will attend the visa interview. When you are doing the online application, there will be an option to add dependents to the same application and take a single visa interview slot.

Yes, each applicant has to pay the fees.
