Typo in DS-160 form...

Does it matter if DS 160 form for H1B visa stamping is having little typo / wrong DOB of parents /
if previously visited countries are not entered / if known languages are not entered?

Please advise...

It is best to avoid any mistakes and to not hide information. You can fill a new DS 160 and take appointment using that.

My brother already booked a date so if I make new
DS160 for him, he needs to cancel the one booked and wait for two more
Weeks for new date...

Any false information in DS160 could even lead to a ban from entering U.S. If you know there are mistakes, then correct it rather than taking a risk. If those questions are not so important, then they won't be in the DS160 form to begin with.
