Hi All,

I have my petition approved till Sep 2013 and yet to travel to US.

My Petition was approve for a work location in Brooklyn, NY.
Unfortunately, this office has closed now.
So the Employer is willing to call me for an assignment in Los Angles.

Since the Employer is unchanged:
1) Do I need to get my Petition Amended? If Yes, how long is the process?
2) Can I work from any other city in NY State without getting amendement?
3) Can I directly go to work location in Los Angles?
4) Suggest any other alternate?

Please let me know if I am unclear?

Employer has to file new LCA and amendment for any work location outside of NY metro area. But you can begin working at the new location while the amendment is pending.
