Hi

I have applied my H1 B Extension in Sep 1st week of 2011 and there is no update in the status.

My application still with initial review.

Can you please let me know how long the process is taking to get the H1b Extension.

H1 B Extension applied Sep 2011

Get it converted to premium processing to get a response in 15 days. This is my opinion do seek expert opinion too.

The normal processing time is 2-3 months from the date of receipt notice when filed in normal process and 15 days if filed in premium.
