Information about 221(g) Blue Slip Mumbai(BKC) Consulate.

Hello,

I had appeared for my H1-B VISA interview at Mumbai (BKC) Consulate in first week of January 2012. I got 221(g) light blue form.

I would like to know about following Documents which I need to submit to VFS.

1) Evidence of previous work experience in the petition field.
-- What is this Document and where can I get it?

2) Original or certified copies of your academic credentials.
-- Do I need to Certify my documents from Notarized Lawyer or True Copies from Gazette 1 officer with sign & stamp.

Please can someone help me on this.

The for 221(g) also mentions to submit,

* Detailed professional profile, including explanation of specialized knowledge.

Please let me know that does "Professional Profile" mean my CV or something else?

Your resume, copies of your previous experiences letters and a letter from your current employer mentioning your roles and responsibilities and the technologies that you use.
