H1B after quota is full

Hi Guys,

I am in a unique fix. Here is my case.

I graduated and did intern and co-op on my OPT. But that company didn't sponsor my H1B so I left for another opportunity but I didn't find any. My opt was about to expired so I took adminition in new college and maintain my F1 status. Now I did find a company who is willing to sponsor my H1b but H1b cap has reached on 22Nov 2011. I am on valid F1 status till 2013.

I wanted to know when is the earliest I can file for my H1b ??
Mean time can i work with this company without running into trouble ??

You can file the H1B petition on or after April 1st 2012 with an employment start date of October 1st 2012. You cannot work until the H1B gets approved.
