Hi Friends,
Need one of Info .
I have a completed 8 yrs in XYZ organization .
out of 8 I spend 4 yrs in USA through this company under L1 B visa.
Now I am tryng to apply H1B thrugh another company .To switch to new comany I need to go back to India to give the resignation .
so at that time I need to go for visa stamping to enter to US.
My spouse is in USA and having H1 visa working for Infy .
So If my visa stamping get rejects , can I enter to usa through H4 visa ?
After that can I change H4 to H1 ?
