Hi,

I was working in US from 2007 - 2009 using L1B Blanket.

After that In Aug 2010 my employer applied L1A Blanket and it's rejected.

After that in Dec 2010 my emplyer applied L1B Individual and the petition is rejected.

Now I found an employer who will sponsor H1B visa (E-E). I am planning to submit all the documents on April 1st.

My question is, Does my preivious rejections will affect the new H1B process?

No. The previous rejections will not impact your new application as long as the reason for the rejection is not you (Fraudulent documents, criminal history etc).
