past mistakes and future trouble :(

i am an MCA passout in 2005. had a gap of 6 months and then got a job for 1 year. After 1 year my company ran into financial trouble and i was desperately looking for a new job. My friend told me abt opening in his company but they were looking for 2 year exp guys. so i put 1 more year of exp and BCA as my education. I got selected in that company and worked for 5 years.

Last nov they tried to send me to onsite but my L1 got rejected. Now i am moving to another company with MCA as my education and all correct experience.

Problem is he also wants to send me to USA. Since last time i have applied as BCA now i am applying as MCA, will i get into trouble?

I don't think it will be an issue. Provide proper documents and don't **** anything. Oterwise you may even end up with lifetime ban from entering U.S.
