Hello All,
I'm former TVU student. (how unlucky I am)

before joining TVU, I was on H1B visa for 4 years. Then I joined TVU in 2009. After TVU shutdown in Jan 2011 I have applied H1B in the month of May.

After couple of RFE's My H1B approved with out I-94. Now I have to for visa stamping in New Delhi.

What kind of issues TVU people facing while H1B visa interview?

Please share ur inputs...it would a great help for all TVU Victims!!!

PS: I have no NTA.

There is no luck involved here. What you were doing was illegal.

You were out of status from Jan 2011 up until whenever you left the US. There could be questions about that.
What kind of issues TVU people facing while H1B visa interview?
There will be questions about how you maintained F1 status while you were in TVU. There is a very high chance of denial considering your history.
Please share ur inputs...it would a great help for all TVU Victims!!!
I don't think anybody is a victim. People chose to break the rules and are now facing the consequences.

I don't want to paint a rosy picture here. Be prepared to answer tough questions about your TVU stint in all your future applications (even if this one gets approved).
