Hi,
I attended the H1B stamping interview 2nd week of Jan in US consulate in Toronto. Lot of question were asked on employer & client, then i was asked to asked to sit for 10min. After 10min i was asked to submit all the petition documents and supporting doc which were issued along with it, then without reviewing the documents was told that they are currently suspending my visa process as they want to review all of my documents and they would let me know in a week. I was then issued 221g & a check box checked "Necessary administrative process".
As on date its the 5th week running and haven't headr from them. All my credentials (employeement history, Education) and even my passport is with me.
Does anyone has ever experienced this? any idea if it is positive or negative? any time frame as to how much time will it take?.
Please reply with your views.
Thanks.
