H1B visa fee - Refundable or not?

hi,

I am planning to apply for a H1b this april...i have found a emp who is willing to sponsor....but i have to bear all the expenses.....
The query i have here is that if in case it gets denied what part of the fees is non refundable?

The below fees is applicable for normal process.... If its denied will i loose the entire amount ? or any part of it?

You are not allowed to pay all the fees. Many of the fees must be paid by the employer.
