Can I change my employer after my case has been FWDed to the USCIS

Hi,

I got a 221g in my h1b renewal stamping and after 2 months I got a reply from the consulate tht the petition has been sent to USCIS for possible revocation (reason - employer - employee relationship). Can I now change my employer? I was working on E-C model and I am considering moving to the client as a direct employee.
