My employer applied for my H1B last year with the name as per my expired passport and I got my I797 with the expired passport name. Meanwhile, I went to India last year on F1 visa (while H1B process was on and passport about to expire) and got name changed (FNU issues) on my passport when I went for its renewal.
Now, I am going to India again and will have to go for stamping.
The name on I-797 is matching the name on my expired passport and I have a different name on my current renewed passport (without FNU).
Please advise what name I should be using for filling my DS-160 and also any other application forms.
