Im getting married next month but my working visa will expire on july 2012. My employer wants to renew my visa but i dont know if i should since im already getting married this march. Will I be out of status if I dont renew my visa and if my husband will apply for my change of status after we get married thou i dont get the approval yet?
Can i work while my husband's application for me is waiting for the approval even thou I dont renew my working visa on july 2012?
