H4 Visa for my Wife

Hello All,
I have applied for H-1B visa for myself and H4 visa for my wife . We have our interview scheduled on 9th March.My wife is also working and would take a break/quit job incase we get the visa.But as we are not sure of whats gonna happen next thus we havent taken NOC from her company.

Please let me know if it is mandatory to have this document as this point is really worrying us.Apart from that what other things do we need to keep in mind while attending the interview?

It is absolutely not needed. Don't worry. Focus on your job, employer etc. Your wife may be asked about how you two met, got married etc.
