H1 Stamping from Canada

I am donot have H1 stamping but I have H1 extension till 2015. Now I have to go to India to attend my brothers marriage. I am thinking of get H1 stamped from Canada. Please advice should i go to India to get H1 stamp or should I go to Canada get stamping and thn go to India.

You can get it stamped of any U.S consulate as long as you have all the required documents. In case you get a 221g, you will be stuck in Canada. So keep that in mind if you are planning to apply for stamping from a 3rd nation. Check the below link to see if you qualify to get the H1B stamped from Canada.
