Going for H-1B VISA Stamping for the first time
I am working a full time job and got my H1-B(was on F1 VISA earlier) in August last year. I am going to India next month and am getting my VISA stamped. Going to Chennai BTW.
Required Documents :
1.)I-797
2.)LCA
3.)I-129
4.) PayStubs
5.)Employment Verification letter
6.) Photo pictures of my Work Place
7.) Master's Degree Certificate
Do i need anything else any thing else ?
Any tips and tricks ?
