Green Card - EB1

Hi,

I worked at U.S on L1A category Visa and currently I am working outside U.S (last one year) in mangerial category. Am I eligible to apply for Grren Card - EB1 category now. If yes, Can I apply by staying outside U.S. In last 10 years my employeer is same.

Per USCIS guidelines you seem to be EB1 eligible just check with your employer for your internal guidelines as well...and yes if your employer is ok you can file from outside US
