Hi all,
I came to USA on F1 visa and i acquired H1B from my employer.I haven't went out of country and i need to get my H1b stamping.I am getting married in Sep.I was wondering if its a good idea for me to get the stamping as soon as i land and my wife can get H4 after a week.Recently there are many issues in stamping due to name check etc.But i would like to bring my wife along with me.
I appreciate everyone's help on this.
