Degree Qualification in India

Hello,

For wife who is in dependent h4 visa and her qualification in India is only Degree, is she allowed to do higher studies in USA.

i have one more question, after transferring from h4 -h1 in order to get started with work, how long it will for the process.

what could be the best way for above mentioned cases, who has Just Degree qualification in India.

She can study in U.S provided she gets admission into whatever she is planning to study. She can either study in F1 or H4.
