H1 B Approval Notice not recieved

Hi,

My H1 b visa got approved in USCIS on Jan19 2012, but till now not recieved approval notice.
Even lawyer havent got it from USCIS.
Please let me know maximum time to get original approval notice. I have seen ppl getting it in 1-2 weeks.

Max time is 1-2 weeks. If you haven't got it until now, then your attorney should talk to USCIS to figure out what actually happened. Maybe it is lost in mail. The atorney can also request a duplicate approval notice.
