Hello,
I would be traveling to India this week for my H1 B Stamping and I had a query with regards to the I-94.
I was in the US on my F1 visa and this year ( Oct 2011 ), my H1B got approved. I had visited India in 2010 and I have an I-94 card when I arrived in USA. Now, I also have the I-94 card that I obtained along with my I-797 approval.
So, my question is, while leaving US, do I need to present both these I-94 cards ? Or, I should be showing only the I-94 that I got when I arrived back in US last time ?
I would carry both of them, I wasn't sure if I should be stapling my newer I-94 to the passport. Please advise. Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Abhiram
