H4 visa for a male - Passport submitted to VFS - 6mons back - No reply yet
Hello all,
My wife is on H1 visa in USA, and I applied for H4. Got 221g form for the name correction in the passport and got an email to submit the new passport to VFS. I have submitted the passport to VFS, its been 6months, I didnt get my passport back yet. Whenever I contact VFS for the status, they say: "Under administartive processing". here are the dates of my case:
H4 Interview date: July, 2011
Passport submission date: Oct, 2011
anyone with the same case?
